Meet Tim Miller

Hi, I'm Tim.

I got into mortgages about five years ago, but my interest in real estate started well before that. I've invested in properties myself in both Florida and Pennsylvania, and I've always been the numbers person, so the financing side of real estate was a pretty natural fit for me.

I started out working for retail lenders before moving to Edge Home Finance, LLC. The broker model gave me access to a much larger network of lenders and more options to work with when a client's situation doesn't fit neatly into one box.

The part of the job I enjoy most is working directly with people. If you have a question, you can call or text me. If something doesn't make sense, I'll take the time to walk through it with you. That's also something I hear pretty consistently from past clients, and it's a big part of how we've built Miller Home Loans.
